FAQ

What time should we arrive by?

We ask that guests arrive by 4pm. 

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Yes, the first shuttle transportation will start boarding Hotel MTK at 3:15pm and depart by 3:30pm. There will be another round (approximately 20 minutes) afterwards. 

Will the ceremony be outside?

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn. 
In case of rain or inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors. 

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! 

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes, we have reserved a room block at Hotel MTK. 
The discounted room rate should be $209, pre tax and fees. If you have any issues with this please let us know so we can address it!

Can I bring a guest?

As much as we would love to say "the more the merrier", we can only accommodate those addressed on the invitations. Please check your invitation and RSVP for the formally invited guests. 

Are children invited?

We have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We love your children and hope to see them in other settings! 

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes, Crabtree's Kittle House has a large parking lot.
